ОБЩИ УСЛОВИЯ ЗА ПОЛЗВАНЕ на сайта virtualenofis.bg

  1. ПРЕДМЕТ

Настоящият документ съдържа Общите условия за ползване на сайта virtualenofis.bg , които уреждат отношенията между доставчика на услугите, наричан по-долу „Изпълнител“ и всички лица, които използват сайта virtualenofis.bg и предлаганите от него услуги, наричани по-долу „Клиент“.

Общите условия обвързват всички Клиенти / Потребители. С използването на сайта virtualenofis.bg  Клиентът изцяло приема и се задължава да спазва настоящите Общи условия.

2. ДЕФИНИЦИИ

    2.1 Изпълнител – „Алвея Стил“ ЕООД и сайтът virtualenofis.bg, наричано за краткост Изпълнител.

    2.2 Потребител или Клиент – всяко лице, което е заредило в Интернет сайта на virtualenofis.bg и го използва като го разглежда, прави запитвания и извършва други дейности чрез него.

    2.3 Запитване – форма на електронен документ, чрез който Клиентът заявява намерението си за купуване на услуги от сайта virtualenofis.bg.

    2.4 Договор – сключеното от разстояние споразумение между Изпълнителя и Клиента за покупко-продажба на услуги чрез сайта virtualenofis.bg.

    4. GENERAL PROVISIONS

    4.1 The general terms and conditions of the website virtualenofis.bg are binding for all Clients of the site.

    4.2 Any use of the website virtualenofis.bg means that the Client has carefully read the General Terms and Conditions for its use and agrees to comply with them unconditionally.

    4.3 The General Terms and Conditions may be changed at any time and at the sole discretion of the Contractor and/or on the basis of changes in legislation. These changes come into force immediately.

    4.4 For any change to the General Terms and Conditions, the Contractor will inform the Clients by publishing the changes on the website virtualenofis.bg. In this sense, Clients are obliged to monitor for any changes to the General Terms and Conditions each time they use the site.

    4.5 The agreed language is Bulgarian, and payments are made in euros, including VAT.

    4.6 For payments by bank transfer, the Contractor bears no responsibility whatsoever for any costs, such as fees, commissions, and others in connection with these payments. Costs related to such payments are solely at the Client's expense.

    4.6 The Contractor may publish advertising and/or promotional information on the website virtualenofis.bg about the services it offers.

    5. SUBJECT OF THE SERVICE

    The website virtualenofis.bg provides remote administrative and organisational assistance, including, but not limited to:

    • Administrative support
    • Preparation and editing of documents
    • Information processing
    • Internet research
    • Organisation of meetings and schedules
    • Other administrative services agreed between the parties

    The services are provided remotely and only after explicit written assignment by the Client.

    6.  ASSIGNMENT OF TASK AND CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT

    6.1. The Client sends an inquiry via the contact form, email, or another indicated communication channel.

    6.2 Upon receipt of the inquiry, the Contractor assesses the feasibility / execution time / final price of the service / execution deadline and sends an offer to the Client.

    6.3 Work commences upon written confirmation from the Client.

    6.4  The Client has the right to refuse the Contractor's offer.

    6.5 A distance contract for the purchase and sale of services between the Contractor and the Client is considered concluded at the moment the Contractor receives the written confirmation from the Client.

    7. COPYRIGHT

    7.1 Each User / Client undertakes, when using the virtualenofis.bg website:

    • not to infringe the property or non-property, absolute or relative rights and interests of others, such as property rights, intellectual property rights, etc.;
    • to comply with Bulgarian legislation, applicable foreign laws, the rules of morality and good manners, and Internet ethics when using the provided services; 
    • to immediately notify the Contractor of any case of violation committed or discovered when using the provided services; 
    • да не зарежда, изпраща, предава, разпространява или използва по какъвто и да било начин и да не прави достояние на трети лица софтуер, компютърни програми, файлове, приложения или други материали, съдържащи компютърни вируси, системи за неоторизиран отдалечен контрол („троянски коне“), компютърни кодове, или материали, предназначени да прекъсват, затрудняват, нарушават или ограничават нормалното функциониране на компютърен хардуер или софтуер, или телекомуникационните съоръжения, или имащи за цел неоторизирано проникване или достъп в чуждестранни ресурси или софтуер; 
    • да не копира, разпространява, публикува, предоставя на трети лица, променя части от съдържанието на сайта virtualenofis.bg;
    • да не извършва злоумишлени действия; 
    • да обезщети Изпълнителя  и всички трети лица за всички претърпени вреди и пропуснати ползи,  включително за всякакви разходи и платени адвокатски възнаграждения, настъпили вследствие на предявени искове от и/или платени обезщетения на трети лица във връзка с Интернет страници, хипер-връзки, материали или информация, които Потребителят е използвал, разположил на сървъра, изпращал, разпространявал, направил достояние на трети лица или направил достъпни чрез сайта virtualenofis.bg  в нарушение на закона, настоящите Общи условия, Добрите нрави или Интернет етиката;

    7.2 Всички лога, всякакви графични изображения или надписи, търговски символи, динамични символи, текстове и мултимедийно съдържание, представляват обект на авторско право по смисъла на Закона за авторското право и сродните му права и са притежание на „Алвея Стил“ ЕООД и неговите партньори, предоставили съответната информация.

    7.3 Изпълнителят си запазва всички права върху интелектуалната собственост, които са свързани със сайта virtualenofis.bg  , независимо дали са негови собствени, получени чрез договорни отношения или по друг законосъобразен начин.

    7.4 Всякакво съдържание, до което Потребителят / Клиентът има достъп, независимо от средствата за това, е предмет на регулиране от настоящите Общи условия.

    8. ЦЕНИ НА УСЛУГИТЕ

    8.1 Всички цени в сайта virtualenofis.bg се определят индивидуално според сложността и обема на възложената задача, освен ако за конкретна услуга не е обявена фиксирана цена.

    8.2 Цените на всички услуги са в евро, с включени всички данъци и такси. Стойността на транспортните разходи, свързани с доставка  не е включена в цената на стоките и се заплаща отделно.

    8.3 Цените на услугите в сайта virtualenofis.bg  са валидни единствено и само към момента на публикуването им. Изпълнителят си запазва правото да ги променя по всяко време, без предупреждение.

    8.4 Изпълнителят си запазва правото да променя информацията, публикувана в сайта virtualenofis.bg относно услугите. Клиентът се счита за информиран и промените влизат в сила от момента на публикуването им.

    9. НАЧИН НА ПЛАЩАНЕ

    9.1 Начинът за плащане на поръчки в сайта virtualenofis.bg е банков превод.

    9.2 При този начин на плащане, Клиентът се задължава да заплати на Изпълнителя стойността на услугата авансово.

    10. СРОКОВЕ ЗА ИЗПЪЛНЕНИЕ

    10.1 Срокът за изпълнение се уточнява индивидуално за всяка задача.

    10.2 При възникване на непредвидени обстоятелства Изпълнителят своевременно уведомява Клиента и предлага нов срок за изпълнение.

    11. ЗАДЪЛЖЕНИЯ НА КЛИЕНТА

    11.1 Клиентът се задължава:

    • Да предоставя точна и пълна информация
    • To provide the necessary documents and materials
    • To assist in the execution of the task
    • To make the payment within the agreed period

    11.2 The Contractor is not responsible for consequences arising from inaccurate, incomplete or false information provided by the Client.

    12. CONFIDENTIALITY

    12.1 The Contractor treats all information received in connection with the performance of the assigned tasks as confidential.

    12.2 Without the express consent of the Client, the information is not provided to third parties, unless required by law.

    13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

    13.1 The Contractor is not liable for:

    • Decisions made by the Client based on the provided information
    • Actions or omissions of third parties
    • Technical problems of external platforms or institutions
    • Delays caused by information not provided by the Client in a timely manner

    13.2 The Contractor does not provide legal, accounting, financial or medical advice, unless expressly stated.

    14. RIGHT OF REFUSAL

    The Contractor reserves the right to refuse to perform a task when

    • It contradicts the law
    • It contradicts good morals
    • There is a conflict of interest
    • It is outside the competence of the Contractor
    • It cannot be completed within the requested timeframe

    15. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

    The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the current legislation and the Privacy Policy of the site virtualenofis.bg.

    16. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

    All disputes between the parties shall be settled in a spirit of understanding and goodwill. In the event that an agreement cannot be reached, all unresolved disputes, including disputes arising from or relating to their interpretation, invalidity, performance or termination, as well as disputes for filling gaps in the contract or adapting it to newly arisen circumstances, shall be settled by the competent court at the Contractor's registered office, in accordance with Bulgarian legislation.

    17. CHANGES TO THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    The Contractor has the right to amend these General Terms and Conditions at any time. The current version is published on the website virtualenofis.bg and enters into force from the date of its publication.

    18. FINAL PROVISIONS

    18.1 These General Terms and Conditions have been drafted and adopted on the basis of the Consumer Protection Act, the Electronic Commerce Act, the Obligations and Contracts Act, the Electronic Document and Electronic Signature Act, and the applicable regulations in the Republic of Bulgaria.

    18.2 The acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions by the Client is carried out by accepting and confirming the Contractor's offer. By accepting the General Terms and Conditions, the User agrees to conclude a distance sales contract for a service.

    18.3 Familiarisation with the General Terms and Conditions and their acceptance by the Client is a mandatory condition for the conclusion of a Distance Sales Contract for a service.

    18.4 The Client may make inquiries, seek consultation or ask questions electronically at info@virtualenofis.bg or by phone at 0887/08-01-95, on working days and within working hours: from 09:00 to 18:00.
