We do not sell hours. We undertake specific tasks and you pay for the work done, not for the time it takes us to complete it.
The price for a specific task

The price of the services is determined individually according to the type, volume, and complexity of the assignment, as well as the required deadline.
Before starting work, you receive a clear offer with a fixed price and deadline.

If necessary, we ask additional questions and clarify what the final result should be.
3. You receive an offer
We send the client a proposal with a fixed price and deadline, if the specific task is within our competence.
4. The client confirms in writing
5. You receive an invoice and make the payment
Payment is made by bank transfer according to the details specified in the invoice.
6. We complete the task
After receiving the payment, we start the agreed work.
7. You receive the finished result
We hand over the completed assignment in the pre-agreed manner.
8. You are entitled to up to 2 free revisions on work already completed
If necessary, you can request up to two corrections related to the initially assigned task, without additional charge.

We always assess in advance whether we can complete a given task to a high standard and within the agreed timeframe.
If the task is not within our competence or we cannot guarantee its quality completion within your desired timeframe, we will tell you openly and decline the task.
